Plan each test as a numbered batch. Hitrate names the ads, reads the results from Meta and labels the batch Scaler, Spender, Efficient or Miss after 7 days. Then it shows your hit rate by desire, angle, awareness and format.

Sample brand. The numbers in these pictures are made up.
Each product gets a foundation: its desires ranked with one core desire, the people who have it, the market and the mechanism. Paste in reviews and research, and every line is marked proven, likely or assumption. Nothing counts as proven without research or results behind it.
Pick a desire, a person and a mechanism. The brief comes in three parts: strategy, creative, production. A pre-flight of up to 18 checks flags what is missing: a claim without proof, three hooks that make the same promise, a landing page that does not continue the ad.
One batch is one concept in one ad set. Hitrate writes the ad names, so every result finds its way back to the batch, the desire and the creator who made it.

The label comes from what the batch did inside its campaign, not from one good day of ROAS. It is the same rule for every test, so two batches can be compared, and you can change the numbers per brand.
Took a big share, and the campaign grew24% of spend · campaign up 18% a day
Took a big share, the campaign did not grow31% of spend · campaign flat
Beat the campaign’s ROAS, got little spendROAS 2.9 against 2.1 · 4% of spend

Hit rate is the share of tested batches that became a Scaler or a Spender. Hitrate splits it by desire, angle, awareness stage and format, so you see which want carries the account and which one you keep paying to test. The next brief starts from a result.
Neither is one that sells at a loss. Connect Shopify and the same place shows what the ads did to margin, cash and stock.
A daily P&L from your Shopify orders: contribution margin 1, 2 and 3, down to EBITDA. Cohorts and a 13-week cash forecast beside it.
Unit cost changes with every order, so stock is counted per purchase order at its landed cost. Hitrate says how much to reorder, and by when.

Northwind Skincare: a roadmap with judged batches and their hit rate, a product foundation with its briefs, creators, costs, purchase orders and stock. Nothing in it can be changed. No account needed.
It takes the place of the test tracker, the brief documents, the launch tool, the P&L sheet and the stock sheet.
By one written rule. After 7 days a batch is a Scaler when it took a big share of its campaign’s spend and the campaign spent at least 10% more per day than the week before. Spender: a big share, no growth. Efficient: it beat the campaign’s own ROAS but got little spend. Miss: neither. A big share is 30% of a campaign under $1,000 a day, 20% under $5,000 and 10% above. You can change every number per brand.
The results sync only reads. Ads you push from Hitrate arrive paused. The rules that pause or scale ads live in Launchpad, and they start as alerts until you switch them to act.
No. Connect Meta or import an Ads Manager export. Ads named without a batch number are listed as untracked, and Hitrate suggests a batch for each with its desire, angle and format. Once an ad carries that batch number in its name, its results count.
Yours. Add a key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter or fal under Settings. It is stored encrypted and used for your brand only. Labels and numbers never come from a model.
Not for the roadmap. That runs on Meta results alone. Profit, cohorts, cash and stock need a Shopify connection.
Eight roles: owner, admin, creative strategist, agency, video editor, customer support, finance and viewer. An agency sees the roadmap and no finance. An editor uploads and comments.
