These terms are an agreement between you and MBHL ("we"), who run Hitrate, Launchpad by Hitrate and the Hitrate Columns browser extension (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service
Hitrate helps you plan, launch and review advertising. Launchpad creates ads in your Meta ad accounts on your instruction, using the access you grant through Meta. You stay responsible for your ads, your budgets and complying with Meta's advertising policies and the law. Ads are created paused unless you choose otherwise.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; you can cancel at any time in the billing portal and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before you subscribe and exclude VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not refund partial periods. Free plans and trials have the limits shown on the pricing page.
Your content
You keep all rights to the creatives, copy and data you bring. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to run the service for you. Don't upload anything you have no right to use.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, break Meta's or Google's terms, send spam, or try to access other customers' data or break the service.
Third parties
The service connects to Meta, Google, Stripe and others on your instruction. Their terms apply to your use of them. Meta and Google are not affiliated with us and do not endorse the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time under Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms; we'll tell you about important changes before they apply.
