Privacy policy

MBHL runs the service and is responsible for the personal data described here. For the Hitrate Columns browser extension, see also its own page.

What we store

• Your account: name, email, a salted hash of your password, your workspaces and team.
• What you put in: creatives, copy, launches, naming and settings, comments from your preview links.
• Connections you make: Meta and Google access tokens, encrypted at rest. With them we read the ad accounts, pages, campaigns and results you pick, and create the ads you launch.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use your ad data for anything but running the service for you.

Google data

If you connect Google Drive, we read only the files and folders you pick, to import them into your workspace. Hitrate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta data

We use the Meta permissions you grant only to show you your ad accounts, pages and results and to create the ads you launch. You can remove the connection in Settings, in your Facebook settings (Apps and websites), or through Meta's data deletion request, which deletes the connection on our side (status).

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Meta and Google (only when you connect them), and Anthropic if you add your own AI key.

How long

As long as your account exists. Delete your account under Settings and we delete your account, your workspaces you own alone and their content; backups roll off within 30 days.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export and delete your data, and object to processing. Write to hitrate@mbhl.dk. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
