Hitrate Columns privacy

Hitrate Columns is a Chrome extension that saves column layouts ("views") for Meta Ads Manager and applies them. This page says exactly what it stores, what it sends and what it never touches.

Your account and payments

After the free week you can create a Hitrate Columns account on our website. We store your name, email address and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). Subscriptions are paid through Stripe; card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. We keep your subscription status and renewal date so the extension knows your plan.

What stays in your browser

• Views you save to "This browser": a name, a list of column names and a sort choice.
• Your settings (click guard, header buttons, shortcuts).
• Column names the extension has seen in your Ads Manager tables, so it can show readable labels.
• The date you installed the extension, to count your free week.
• If you sign in: a personal access token and your current plan.

All of this is kept in Chrome's extension storage on your device and is removed when you uninstall the extension.

What is sent, and only if you connect Hitrate

When you connect the extension to a Hitrate account, it sends your team and personal views (name, column names, sort, shortcut) to hitrate.mbhl.dk so your team sees the same views, plus a counter each time a view is applied. Nothing is sent if you do not connect.

What it never reads or sends

• Your ad results, spend, budgets or any number in your tables.
• Your ad account IDs, campaigns, ads, audiences or payment details.
• Your Facebook login, cookies or browsing history.

On Ads Manager pages the extension only reads which columns the table shows, and changes the page address to apply a view. It works only on adsmanager.facebook.com and business.facebook.com.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to decide creditworthiness. No analytics or tracking code is included in the extension.

Removing your data

Uninstall the extension to remove everything stored in your browser. Views saved to Hitrate can be deleted in the extension or in Hitrate under Settings → Ads Manager columns; revoking the token under Settings → Claude Code & API disconnects the extension at once.
